Mar 22^nd, 2010 at 3:10pm Hisao Tamaki who did the art for Star Wars: A New Hope has launched his Dirty Pair no Daibōken(aka: The Great Adventures Of Dirty Pair) manga, based on Haruka Takachiho's Dirty Pair science fiction novels, in the May issue of Tokuma Shoten's Monthly Comic Ryū magazine recently. No word yet about bringing it to America.

Every time that I've seen Adam Warren at a convention, I asked him about a new Dirty Pair series... he mentioned that he had some ideas, but that (1) profits were marginal for previous DP books, and (2) he's busy with other projects.

I confess that I haven't seen him in a long time, though; his situation might have changed since our last talk.

Me too! It's not very often I like a remake; but I preferred the Warren DP to the original.

Actually I like the original over Warrens, sorry to say that.

I mean the original creator I think his name is Haruka Takachiho. His work is the best, for the Dirty Pair, err I mean Lovely Angel team
