But truth be told, I was inspired by the "model sheet" by Jay P Fosgitt (earlier in this thread).

I'm finding that making the character 4 heads high is really helping me give her the cute curves I want her to have.

HoniBuni by cartoonist Mike Sagara in the NonLunatics style (as featured in the Ice Station Xenon webcomic story, CoWorker Delectico).

Apparently HoniBuni has some doctoring skills. Who would have thunk? It's amazing what you discover about your characters, when they're published on a regular basis.
