I had never heard of Babylon Jones before now; apparent a character from the now-defunct webcomic Exploitation Now.

From character description in the Exploitation Now wiki:

Babylon Jones is the pseudonym of Barbara Ann Moneymaker, the sister of Bimbo, Bambi and that hot young deviant tomboy Jordan's hot for. She is the most skilled in physical combat, a secret agent behind the scenes, and she had her own comic strip prior to Exploitation Now, which Jordan debued in.
