Cartoonist Charles Ettinger

I recently received an email from professional cartoonist Charles Ettinger. He writes, "I checked out your site. Is my art so old, it no longer shows there??"

Actually, like a lot of my contributing artists, his artwork has not been reposted since I changed my site format two years ago. Since this update, I have needed to re-open and re-optimize all of my gallery artwork, about 300 pieces at last count. I haven't been quite as prompt as I should be, and several of my contributing artists have been offline for awhile. Not good, but I'm working on it now. I need to clone myself so I can get more done with my working day.

In addition to SnowBuni, cartoonist Ettinger is also a contributing artist for comic books like Shanda the Panda, Furtual Reality, Star Wars: X-Wing Rouge Squadron and Marvel's Alpha Flight. He is currently working as a self-employed graphics arts designer and contractor.

He adapted without any hesitation, as this facial model sheet for SnowBuni indicates.

This forum is pretty much my only outlet for comic art. I don't draw comics for a living anymore, but you can never get it out of your system...You can check out the webcomics section for some of my latest work.

Glad you're working. I'm sure Mike C. is grateful that you've hung in there for so long.
