I figure that secret agent SnowBuni has many assignments while indentured to her  Sylvalagi overseers… some of which are exciting (deep undercover work infiltrating dangerous criminal organizations), and others which are mundane (such as guard duty).  I’m sure she’d rather be doing the fun stuff, but duty calls in many different ways.

The Sylvalagi have colonized (and later abandoned) a number of sites in the Earth-Sol system, including small artificial enclosed habitats on several of the Jovian moons.  It is likely that this story takes place in such a locale, as the Sylvalagi overmasters attempt to reclaim their lost heritage.

Artwork this time around by long-time anime artist Jason Waltrip, whose professional credits include Robotech and the Metal Bikini miniseries.  He is also currently illustrating the webcomics Fans! and Penny and Aggie.
